The farmstead cheesery is a rare animal. Farmstead cheeses are produced using milk from animals raised at the same farm where the cheese is produced. Flying Goat Farm's cheeses have evolved since our first cheesemaking experiments in our home kitchen in 2008, and we now produce over 100lbs of cheese every week in our Maine licensed cheesery. All of our dairy products are pasteurized and processed on site, and are enjoyed by our customers in the southern Maine and New Hampshire region.
